باستخدامك تطبيق اقرأ («التطبيق»)، الصادر عن Alrafidainsoft («نحن»)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
وإن كنت دون سنّ الرشد القانوني، فإن استخدامك للتطبيق يجري ضمن إطار المدرسة التي زوّدتك بالحساب، وبعلم ولي أمرك، وهما الطرفان اللذان يقبلان هذه الشروط بشأنك.
«اقرأ» أداة لإدارة العمل المدرسي تُستخدم داخل مدرسة مشتركة في الخدمة. يغطي التطبيق الواجبات والامتحانات والدرجات والجداول والإعلانات المدرسية.
الحسابات تُنشئها المدرسة. لا يوجد تسجيل ذاتي. تُصدر إدارة المدرسة اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور وتسلّمهما لصاحب الحساب. وإذا انتهت علاقتك بالمدرسة، جاز لها إغلاق حسابك.
«اقرأ» ليس شبكة تواصل اجتماعي، ولا يوفّر قناة تواصل مع أشخاص من خارج المدرسة.
يُمنع استخدام التطبيق من أجل:
مخالفة هذه الشروط قد تؤدي إلى إيقاف الحساب من قبل المدرسة، فضلاً عمّا قد يترتب عليها من إجراءات مدرسية أو قانونية.
النشر مقصور على إدارة المدرسة والمعلمين. لا يستطيع الطلاب ولا أولياء الأمور نشر منشورات، ولا كتابة تعليقات، ولا مراسلة بعضهم داخل التطبيق.
ما يستطيعه الطالب هو تسليم واجبه ورفع صور إجابته، ويطّلع عليها معلّمه وإدارة مدرسته دون سواهم. كما يمكن التفاعل مع المنشورات عبر مجموعة محدودة وثابتة من التفاعلات لا يكتبها المستخدم.
الإبلاغ: يمكن لأي مستخدم الإبلاغ عن منشور يراه غير مناسب، فيصل البلاغ إلى إدارة المدرسة، وهي الجهة المسؤولة عن مراجعة محتوى مدرستها واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.
المحتوى الذي ترفعه يبقى ملكاً لك، وتمنحنا وتمنح مدرستك ترخيصاً محدوداً باستخدامه لغرض تشغيل الخدمة وحده — أي عرضه لمن يحق له الاطلاع عليه وتخزينه.
المعلومات الأكاديمية — الدرجات والتقييمات والملاحظات — تُدخلها المدرسة ومعلموها، وتبقى خاضعة لسياسات المدرسة وأنظمتها وإجراءاتها بشأن السجلات الدراسية والاحتفاظ بها. ونحن نوفّر الأداة، لا المحتوى التعليمي، ولسنا مسؤولين عن دقة ما تُدخله المدرسة.
التطبيق وتصميمه واسمه وشعاره وبرمجياته مملوكة لـ Alrafidainsoft. ولا يجوز نسخه أو تعديله أو إعادة توزيعه أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له دون إذن كتابي منا.
نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة، ولكن لا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع. فقد تتوقف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو التحديث أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
ويجوز لـ Alrafidainsoft تحديث التطبيق وتعديل مزاياه أو إيقاف بعضها، بما يشمل التغييرات اللازمة لأسباب أمنية أو تقنية أو تنظيمية.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». وضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو عن تعذّر استخدامه.
توضّح سياسة الخصوصية ما يعالجه التطبيق من بيانات وكيف يستخدمه، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط ومُدرجة فيها بالإحالة.
يجوز للمدرسة إغلاق حسابك عند انتهاء انتسابك إليها أو عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. ويجوز لنا إيقاف الخدمة عن مدرسة تخالف اتفاقها معنا. وعند الحذف النهائي للحساب تُعالج البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط. وعند إجراء تغيير جوهري يُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة وتُبلَّغ المدارس المشتركة. واستمرار الاستخدام بعد ذلك يُعدّ قبولاً بالتحديث.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وتختص محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

By using the Eqraa application ("the app"), published by Alrafidainsoft ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you are below the age of legal capacity, your use takes place within the framework of the school that issued your account and with your parent or guardian's knowledge; they accept these terms on your behalf.
Eqraa is a school management tool used within a subscribing school. It covers homework, exams, grades, timetables and school announcements.
Accounts are created by the school. There is no self-registration. The school's administration issues the username and password. If your association with the school ends, it may close your account.
Eqraa is not a social network and provides no channel to anyone outside the school.
You must not use the app to:
Breaching these terms may lead the school to suspend the account, alongside any school or legal consequences.
Publishing is restricted to school administrators and teachers. Students and parents cannot publish posts, write comments, or message one another in the app.
What a student can do is hand in homework and upload photographs of their answers, seen only by their teacher and their school's administration. Users may also respond to posts using a limited, fixed set of reactions that the user does not write.
Reporting: any user can report a post they consider inappropriate. The report goes to the school's administration, which is responsible for reviewing its school's content and acting on it.
Content you upload remains yours. You grant us and your school a limited licence to use it solely to operate the service — showing it to those entitled to see it, and storing it.
Academic information — marks, assessments and comments — is entered by the school and its teachers, and remains subject to the school's own policies and procedures on student records and their retention. We provide the tool, not the educational content, and are not responsible for the accuracy of what the school enters.
The app, its design, name, logo and software belong to Alrafidainsoft. It may not be copied, modified, redistributed or reverse-engineered without our written permission.
We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It may pause for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
Alrafidainsoft may update the app and change or withdraw features, including changes needed for security, technical or regulatory reasons.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains what the app processes and how. It forms part of these terms and is incorporated by reference.
Your school may close your account when your association with it ends, or on breach of these terms. We may suspend service to a school that breaches its agreement with us. On permanent deletion, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. On a material change the "Last updated" date above is revised and subscribing schools are informed. Continued use thereafter constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
