«اقرأ» تطبيق لإدارة العمل المدرسي، تصدره وتشغّله Alrafidainsoft («نحن»). يجمع التطبيق الإدارة والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور والطلاب في مكان واحد: الواجبات والامتحانات والدرجات والجداول وأخبار المدرسة.
التطبيق موجّه للمدارس، ولا يمكن لأي شخص إنشاء حساب بنفسه. تُنشئ إدارة المدرسة كل الحسابات وتسلّم بيانات الدخول لأصحابها. المدرسة هي الجهة التي تقرر ما يُدخل من بيانات طلابها ولماذا، ونحن نعالج تلك البيانات نيابةً عنها ولتشغيل الخدمة.
لا نجمع سوى ما يحتاجه التطبيق ليعمل. لا شيء مما يلي يُجمع لأغراض إعلانية أو تسويقية.

للوضوح، التطبيق لا يجمع أياً مما يلي:
عن صور الامتحانات: في الامتحان الورقي يصوّر الطالب ورقة إجابته ويرفعها. لا توجد في التطبيق مراقبة بالكاميرا، ولا تصوير للطالب نفسه، ولا تسجيل للشاشة.
عن بيانات الصور: تُعاد معالجة كل صورة على الخادم عبر فك ترميزها وإعادة ترميزها، وتُفقد أثناء ذلك بيانات EXIF المرافقة لها — ومنها إحداثيات الموقع. أي صورة يرفعها طالب لا تحمل معها موقع التقاطها.
تُستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة التعليمية فقط:
لا تُستخدم بيانات الطلاب للإعلانات، ولا للتحليلات التجارية، ولا لبناء ملفات اهتمامات، ولا تُباع لأي جهة.
لا تُتاح البيانات الشخصية لأي جهة خارجية لأغراضها الخاصة. ومع ذلك، يتطلّب تشغيل الخدمة الاستعانة بمزوّدي بنية تحتية تعالج قدراً محدوداً من البيانات نيابةً عنا وبحدود ما تحتاجه وظيفتهم:
الغرض: إيصال الإشعارات إلى جهازك، ولا شيء غير ذلك.
ما يصل إلى Google في هذا السياق:
تفاصيل الإشعار الحقيقية تبقى على خادم المدرسة ولا تظهر إلا بعد فتح التطبيق وتسجيل الدخول. ولا يُستخدم رمز الجهاز للتتبّع ولا للإعلانات، ويُعطَّل عند تسجيل الخروج ويُحذف مع حذف الحساب.
ما لا يحتويه التطبيق: لا Firebase Analytics، ولا Crashlytics، ولا Firebase Authentication، ولا Remote Config، ولا أي شبكة إعلانات، ولا أدوات قياس تسويقي أو تتبّع سلوكي. خدمة الإشعارات هي المكوّن الوحيد من Google داخل التطبيق.
تعمل خوادم المدرسة وتخزين الملفات لدى مزوّد استضافة بصفته معالجاً للبيانات، وبموجب التزام بحمايتها وعدم استخدامها لأغراضه الخاصة.
قد نضطر إلى الإفصاح عن بيانات عند وجود إلزام قانوني من جهة مختصة.

تُطلب هذه الأذونات عند الحاجة إليها فقط، ويمكن رفض أيٍّ منها ويستمر باقي التطبيق في العمل. ولا يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع ولا جهات الاتصال ولا البلوتوث.
خصوصية شاشة القفل: نصّ الإشعار مختصر وعام عن قصد. ولا يمكن تقنياً أن يحمل الإشعار المتعلّق بشخص بعينه درجةً أو تفصيلاً شخصياً، لأن المسار البرمجي الذي يُنشئه لا يقبل نصّاً حراً أصلاً. والإشعار يحمل معرّفات توجيه فقط، وهي ليست إذناً بالوصول: عند فتح الشاشة يُعاد طلب البيانات من الخادم الذي يتحقق من صلاحية صاحب الطلب من جديد.
تسليمات الواجبات وصور أوراق إجابات الامتحان والوسائط المؤقتة التي يرفعها المستخدم قد يُحتفظ بها لمدة تصل إلى سنة واحدة، أو للمدة التي تقتضيها العمليات التعليمية والإدارية للمدرسة، ويجوز حذفها بعد ذلك عندما لا تعود لازمة.
الدرجات والسجلات الأكاديمية لا تُحذف تلقائياً بعد سنة، ويُحتفظ بها وفق الدورة الأكاديمية والإدارية والأرشيفية للمدرسة.
المواد التعليمية المشتركة والإعلانات المدرسية لا تُحذف لمجرد مغادرة من رفعها، لأنها جزء من سجل المدرسة ولا تخصّ شخصاً بعينه.
عند الحذف النهائي لحساب، تُمحى البيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به (الاسم، رقم الهوية، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس، الهاتف، الصورة الشخصية)، وتُحذف الملفات الخاصة بصاحب الحساب وحده — أي تسليمات واجباته وصور أوراق إجاباته — من التخزين، ما لم يوجد سبب مشروع للاحتفاظ بها لأغراض أكاديمية أو إدارية أو قانونية أو لسجلات المدرسة.
بما أن الحسابات تُنشئها المدرسة ولا يمكن إنشاؤها ذاتياً، فإن الطريق الطبيعي لأي طلب يمرّ عبر المدرسة. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا مباشرةً. يحق لك:

مع الإشارة إلى أن بعض البيانات قد يلزم الاحتفاظ بها رغم الطلب، حيث تقتضي ذلك التزامات أكاديمية أو إدارية أو قانونية أو متعلقة بسجلات المدرسة.
يُستخدم التطبيق داخل المدارس، وقد يعالج معلومات تخصّ قاصرين. ولذلك:
تنظيم العلاقة مع أولياء الأمور وأخذ ما يلزم من موافقات بشأن استخدام التطبيق هو من شأن المدرسة بصفتها الجهة التي تنشئ الحسابات وتحدد البيانات المُدخلة. ولولي الأمر أن يتوجّه إلى المدرسة أو إلينا على البريد الإلكتروني المذكور أعلاه بشأن بيانات ابنه.
المنشورات المدرسية يكتبها مديرو المدرسة والمعلمون فقط. ولا يستطيع الطلاب ولا أولياء الأمور نشر منشورات، ولا كتابة تعليقات، ولا مراسلة بعضهم — إذ لا توجد في التطبيق خاصية تعليقات ولا رسائل بين المستخدمين.
ما يستطيعه الطالب هو تسليم واجبه ورفع صور إجابته، وهذه يطّلع عليها معلّمه وإدارة مدرسته دون سواهم. كما يمكن للمستخدمين التفاعل مع المنشورات عبر مجموعة محدودة وثابتة من التفاعلات لا يكتبها المستخدم.
ويمكن لأي مستخدم الإبلاغ عن منشور يراه غير مناسب، فيصل البلاغ إلى إدارة المدرسة لمراجعته واتخاذ ما يلزم.
«اقرأ» ليس شبكة تواصل اجتماعي، ولا يتيح التواصل مع أشخاص خارج نطاق المدرسة.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة. وعند إجراء تغيير جوهري يُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، وتُبلَّغ المدارس المشتركة. واستمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يُعدّ قبولاً به.

Eqraa is a school management application published and operated by Alrafidainsoft ("we"). It brings administrators, teachers, parents and students together in one place: homework, exams, grades, timetables and school announcements.
The app is for schools, and nobody can create an account themselves. The school's administration creates every account and issues the credentials. The school decides what information about its students is entered and why; we process it on the school's behalf and to operate the service.
Only what the app needs to work. None of it is collected for advertising or marketing.

About exam photographs: for a paper exam a student photographs their own answer sheet and uploads it. There is no proctoring camera, no photograph of the student, and no screen recording anywhere in the app.
About image metadata: every uploaded image is decoded and re-encoded on the server, and the EXIF metadata attached to it is lost in that process — including GPS coordinates. An image uploaded by a student does not carry the location where it was taken.
Student data is not used for advertising, commercial analytics or profiling, and is not sold to anyone.
No third party receives personal data for its own purposes. Operating the service does, however, require infrastructure providers that process a limited amount of data on our behalf, strictly as their function requires:
Purpose: delivering notifications to your device, and nothing else.
What reaches Google in that context:
The actual detail of a notification stays on the school's server and appears only once the app is opened and signed in. The device token is not used for tracking or advertising, is deactivated on sign-out, and is deleted with the account.
What the app does not contain: no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics, no Firebase Authentication, no Remote Config, no ad network, and no marketing-measurement or behavioural-tracking tooling. Messaging is the only Google component inside the app.
The school's servers and file storage run with a hosting provider acting as a processor, under an obligation to protect the data and not to use it for its own purposes.
We may have to disclose data where legally required by a competent authority.

Each is requested only at the point it is needed, any of them can be declined, and the rest of the app keeps working. The app requests no location, contacts or Bluetooth access.
Lock-screen privacy: notification text is short and generic by design. A notification about one specific person cannot technically carry a mark or a personal detail, because the code path that builds it accepts no free text at all. A notification carries routing identifiers only, and those are not an authorisation: when the screen opens, the data is requested from the server again, which re-checks who is asking.
Homework submissions, photographs of exam answer sheets and temporary user media may be retained for up to one year, or for as long as required by the school's educational and administrative processes, after which they may be deleted when no longer required.
Marks and academic records are not automatically deleted after one year. They are retained according to the school's academic, administrative and archival lifecycle.
Shared educational material and school announcements are not deleted merely because the person who uploaded them leaves — they form part of the school's record rather than belonging to one individual.
When an account is permanently deleted, the personal details held against it (name, national ID, date of birth, gender, phone, profile picture) are erased, and the files belonging to that person alone — their homework submissions and exam answer photographs — are deleted from storage, except where retention is required for legitimate academic, administrative, legal or school-record purposes.
Because accounts are created by the school and cannot be self-registered, the natural route for a request is through the school. You may also write to us directly. You may:

Note that some data may need to be retained despite a request, where academic, administrative, legal or school-record obligations require it.
The app is used inside schools and may process information relating to minors. Therefore:
Arranging matters with parents and obtaining any consent required for use of the app is for the school, as the party that creates the accounts and decides what information is entered. A parent may raise anything concerning their child's data with the school, or with us at the address above.
School announcements are written by school administrators and teachers only. Students and parents cannot publish posts, write comments, or message one another — the app has no commenting feature and no user-to-user messaging.
What a student can do is hand in homework and upload photographs of their answers, seen only by their teacher and their school's administration. Users may also respond to a post using a limited, fixed set of reactions that the user does not write.
Any user can report a post they consider inappropriate; the report goes to the school's administration to review and act on.
Eqraa is not a social network, and offers no contact with anyone outside the school.
We may update this policy. On a material change the "Last updated" date above is revised and subscribing schools are informed. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
